Subscriptions

• Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
• Your payment details will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel these renewals at any time.
• To manage or cancel your subscription, use the links provided in your order confirmation email or contact us directly.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders allow you to purchase out-of-stock or upcoming products.
• We will collect payment at checkout and store your order details securely. When the product is ready for fulfillment, we will ship it out to you within 1-2 days, with tracking details and email updates provided for your convenience.
• You can cancel a pre-order that has not been fulfilled within 24 hours. If the order has been fulfilled, we kindly ask for your patience and support.
